Past Jewish Art Workshop Series: Painted Wine Glasses, Repurposed Wine Bottle Planters, and Glass Matzah Plates for Passover March 2013
The MEM Project led a series of Passover art workshops in which participants engaged in one or more of the following artistic endeavors.
Passover Workshop #1: Painted Wine Glasses: this workshop offered the opportunity to paint your own wine glass to be used at your seder. Students chose between designing a cup for Miriam, for Elijah, or for themselves!
Passover Workshop #2: Repurposed Wine Bottle Planters: this workshop offered the opportunity to repurpose an old wine bottle into a planter for the Carpas at the seder.
Passover Workshop #3: Glass Matzah Plates: this workshop offered the opportunity to design and frost/etch a glass Matzah plate to be used at the seder.
